      Thanks so much Megan! It seems to me like a very high percentage of creative folks are at least a little bit neurospicy, and creativity helps us work with our brains in a positive way. Or maybe the world is just noisier now, and it’s hard to have a quiet mind without really working at it. Either way, those moments of stillness are a treasure when we manage to access them.
